**Cancellation Policy:**

We require all cancellations to be submitted by 5 PM on the day before the selected delivery or pick-up date. This allows us to adjust our meal preparation schedule accordingly. Any cancellations made after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy:

- Cancellations made before the 5 PM deadline will receive a full refund.- Cancellations after the deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Late Cancellations:

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact our store, and we will review each case individually.
